The client wishes to conclude an agreement for a period of at least four (4) years with one (1) professional and reliable entrepreneur for the delivery, implementation and maintenance of a business system. After expiry of this fixed term, the agreement can be unilaterally extended by the client for a maximum of four (4) times one (1) year.

The current agreement will expire on April 30, 2022. Since a new case system affects many processes in the organization, it has been decided to start tendering for a new case system in good time.
