As part of the redevelopment measures for the redevelopment area "Ortskern - Goldenstedt", the existing thoroughfare is to be redesigned and repaired. The content of this procedure is the award of general planning services, including the planning of the road construction and rainwater sewers.

The content of the contract concerns the general planning services, consisting of the traffic facilities (road construction, estimated cost 2 160 000 EUR) and the engineering structures (rainwater canals, estimated cost 670 000 EUR). The commissioning takes place in stages and initially only applies to service phases 1 - 4. The planning services are commissioned on behalf of the Niedersächsische Landgesellschaft mbH as the fiduciary redevelopment agency on behalf of the municipality of Goldenstedt.
