P2 type operating-maintenance services for thermal installations in communal buildings in the municipality of Gif-sur-YvetteThe description of the services is included in the specification of special technical clauses, in the breakdown of the overall and lump sum price and in the schedule of unit prices annexed to the act of commitment.This contract constitutes a market at so-called mixed prices. It includes recurrent services (maintenance and maintenance of type P2), processed at a global and lump sum price and one-off services which will be the subject of order forms according to needs.These one-off services will be treated in the form of a single-award framework agreement with order forms, pursuant to Articles R.2162-2, R. 2162-4, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14, without mention of minimum, and for a maximum annual amount of orders set at 170,000 euro (s) (excl. VAT).
