The intervention on the COMPLEX OF THE FORMER CONVENT OF SAN DOMENICO, ALSO CALLED EX COLLEGIO FONTEVECCHIA, in full compliance with the objectives of the call for which the funding was received, can be framed as a work aimed at improving the quality of urban decoration and the social and environmental fabric through the restoration of a complex functional to the development of social and cultural services, as well as tourism promotion. In order to respond adequately to the needs described above, the idea was born by the municipal administration, of recovery of the building to accommodate the following destinations: the expansion of the constituting municipal state archaeological museum, art and craft shops, offices or spaces for training as well as a cafeteria / bar activity.
