“Proceedings for the conclusion of a framework agreement carried out under an unrestricted tender for the provision of the European Regional Development Fund funded under the Second Priority Axis of the POPC — “E-administration and open government”, technical advice services, support for the project and the provision of comprehensive services in the field of human resources in the IT industry for the 'Information System for the marketing of health food and own resources on the market'

The subject of the contract shall be executed in accordance with the Designed provisions of the Agreement which are Annex 1 to the SWZ and the Model of the Implementing Agreement which is Annex 1 to the Designed Agreement and the Description of the subject matter of the contract contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the implementation of technical advisory services, support for the project and the provision of comprehensive services in the field of the provision of human resources from the IT industry for the continuation of the tasks related to the creation and implementation of the IT system “System notification of the placing on the market of pro-health food (ACTS) ', carried out by the Contracting Authority.

The subject of the contract will be executed in accordance with the Designed Agreement provisions of Annex 1 to the SWZ and Model of the Implementing Agreement which is Annex 1 to the Designed Agreement and the Description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 2 to SWZ
