Traffic Management Finland Group is procuring insurance service provider for:

(i) D&O; and

(ii) GLPL insurance coverage for the Group (150 000 000 EUR).

The procurement is divided into 2 lots, and tenders may concern one or both lots. Contracting entities include Traffic Management Finland Oy and its subsidiaries Intelligent Traffic Management Finland Oy, Vessel Traffic Services Finland Oy, Finrail Oy and Air Navigation Services Finland Oy. Air Navigation Services Finland Oy is only included in the joint procurement concerning D&O. Additional details concerning the scope and terms of the insurance coverage are included in the Annexes of this call for tenders. The contracting entities require that the insurance coverage is tendered in accordance with the terms and conditions which have been prepared by the contracting entities. Tenderers must verify in their tenders that insurance terms provided by the contracting entities take priority in relation to the tenderer's own insurance terms.

Object of the procurement and insurance terms and conditions are included in Annex 1. First period of insurance will be 1.2.2020-31.12.2020 (11 months). After the first period the following insurance periods will be calendar years 1.1 - 31.12. The insurance coverage may be amended due to circumstances that the contracting entities could not have foreseen,e.g. changes in legislation that reduce or increase the required insurance coverage for the activities that the contracting entities provide. In such cases, amendments and their effect on prices for the next insurance period will be negotiated with the selected contractual partner. The contracting entities may also choose to start a new procurement process.
