The aim of the paper is to provide information enabling the tracking of progress in achieving the objectives of the air protection policy through the analysis and development of data on air quality obtained by the Contracting Authority as part of the State Environmental Monitoring (PMŚ), for national needs (the Ministry of Climate and Environment and other decision-making centers and the public) and for the purposes of reporting to the European Commission (including through the European Environment Agency - EEA) - as required national law and European Union law.
This objective is directly related to the implementation of Polish's reporting obligations in the field of monitoring and assessment of air quality specified in Decision 2011/850/EU resulting from the provisions of Directives 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC, as amended by Directive 2015/1480, transposed into the Environmental Protection Law, hereinafter referred to as the Act, and implementing regulations.

property protection services for GIOŚ and WIOŚ facilities throughout Polish - Round-the-clock security in the form of monitoring with the use of intervention groups with inspection and maintenance.
1. The contract shall be awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure.
2. In the context of the present proceedings, the contract has not been subdivided into further lots.
3. This order will be carried out in 15 locations of the Ordering Party located throughout Polish.
4. The subject of the contract is round-the-clock protection of the property of the Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection and the Provincial Inspectorates for Environmental Protection in the form of monitoring with the use of intervention groups along with a review of monitoring systems.
5. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference – "Description of the subject matter of the contract with a specific scope of activities", respectively for each of the locations. This description should be read together with changes to the terms of reference, e.g. as a result of replies to contractors' inquiries.
