The Contracting Authority wishes to arrive at the selection of one (1) professional and experienced Entrepreneur by means of this tender procedure with whom to conclude an Agreement for the work associated with the Architectural Design and Consultancy Service (Architect), concerning this guideline.

In principle, a complete design advisory process based on a traditional process form is assumed.

The traditional process form means that the design is worked out to a minimum specification and drawings (technical design) by consultants and then the executing parties can be tendered on the basis of these documents.

At the time of VO/DO it is possible to deviate from the traditional process form and, on the basis of market developments and the desired course to be used, to consider (in time) / by deciding by the client to continue the process in construction team or by means of an integrated contract form (E&B).

The municipality of Molenlanden intends, together with the school boards 02A5 and School Board Christian Primary Schools (CBS) Molenlanden, to realize new housing in which the schools OBS de Ammers, CBS Eben Haëzer and CBS Rehoboth, together with related child facilities (Wasko) will be housed.

CBS Eben Haëzer and CBS Rehoboth are in the process of merging. The starting point is that, as one school of CBS, they will become part of the future Community School

The new building will be realized in the Molenbuurt in Molenlanden.
