Framework agreement with single-beneficiary purchase orders, signed by the public purchaser with a maximum amount limited to 60,000 EUR excluding tax / year for each of the lots and without reopening the competition when awarding the purchase orders. For lot 2: the framework agreement is not reserved for sheltered workshops, however, in order to promote employment and respect the commitments of the socially responsible purchasing charter of Essonne, of which the town hall of Igny is signatory, the contracting authority will be attentive to any integration actions that can be implemented by the contracting company which could allow the access or return to employment of people encountering social or professional difficulties.
