The subject of the contract is the collection and processing service or transfer for processing of waste from military units and institutions located in the area of local jurisdiction of the Regional Department of the AMW in Poznań.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the ToR.

1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and processing or transferring for processing 21 309.43 kg of waste from military units and institutions located in the area of local jurisdiction of the Poznań Regional Branch (listed in Annex la) with the following waste codes:

03 01 05, 07 02 80, 13 07 03 *, 15 01 02, 15 01 03, 15 01 07, 15 01 10 *, 15 02 03, 16 01 19, 16 01 20, 16 01 21 *, 16 01 99 , 16 03 04, 16 03 06, 16 07 08 *, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 19 12 01, 19 12 04, 19 12 08.

2. Waste mass, composition, waste codes and storage places are presented in Annex 1a to the description of the subject of the order.

3. The weight of waste collected by the Contractor may not exceed the weight of waste provided by the Employer.

4. The weight of waste given in Annex 1 a to the description of the subject of the order may be reduced by a maximum of 20%.

5. The weight of waste given is the net weight.
