Purchased order item should be high quality, complete, technically efficient, safe, factory new, unused and not exhibited at exhibitions or trade fair events, ready to go and originally packed by

manufacturer without traces of opening, free from material and legal defects, produced not earlier than in the first half of 2022.

The subject of the contract is the supply of a matrix system for measuring and analyzing luminance and color for the equipment of the new laboratory.

A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is given in Annex 8 to SWZ.

The terms of execution of the subject of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the Public Procurement Agreement in Chapter 17 of the SWZ.
