Vegetation work

The construction project is located on a site in 06193 Petersberg OT Gutenberg at Sennewitzer Straße 7.

The works include:

- planting work (woody plants, perennials, early bloomers) and sowing (lawns)

- completion care

- development maintenance

In terms of transport, the property is fully developed. Access to the construction site area can take place via the above-mentioned roads, whereby the exact access must be determined in coordination with the local construction management. Toilet facilities are available on site.

Storage space for temporary storage of material and equipment is available on site and must also be coordinated with the local construction management.

Due to the differentiated measure, the bidder is recommended to inform himself about all local and factual circumstances with regard to the present construction project and, if necessary, to visit the construction site. Any ambiguities must be clarified before the tender is submitted.
