for each Learners, the contract holder must: Identify the training needs, determine the three AFESTs from which the learner will benefit, develop the activity and skills standards of the three AFESTs, help in the progress of each of the stages of the AFESTs, professionalize the internal actors of the AFEST, prepare, plan and animate the assessment of the AFEST within each of the structures

The service includes the appropriation of the project, the preparation of the investigation phase, the conduct of the investigations and the analysis and writing of the evaluation report
