The Contracting Authority shall allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders according to the breakdown described in Annex 7 to the swz.

d) State Music School of First cycle in Zgierz, 95-100 Zgierz, 2 Sokołowska Street.

2. The subject of the order includes the delivery of equipment and installation components, the installation installation installation on site with accompanying infrastructure and connection to the internal power system, and the installation and instruction of users.

4. The expected duration of the contract - from the date of signing of the contract (approximately 17.05.2022) to 15.07.2022, i.e. within 60 days, whereby physical execution of the object of the order on site in the facility, including the target installation of the equipment/installation, configuration and commissioning together with conducting training for a single location will not last more than 3 working days. Without reasonable reason, the Contractor shall not be allowed to stop the work started in the scope of one location.
