The works, which are the subject of the project management consultation, will cover the following works:
- External thermal insulation / façade restoration
- Interior rehabilitation of housing / flooring and walls
- Refurbishment of sanitary equipment, bathrooms, kitchens, toilets
The program involves 6 buildings located 1-3-5; 2, 7 and 9 rue de Budapest and 2 to 10 rue de Copenhagen in Le Mans.
