Provision of technical assistance in Purchasing - control mode 2. Provision of technical assistance in Purchase - package mode. The detailed description is available in the ELD, changes may be made during the consultation. A maximum of 5 successful tenderers for lot 1 and a maximum of 3 successful tenderers for lot 2 are planned.
