Wohnungsbau is planning the construction of a new residential complex with 19 residential units, a basement and an underground car park in Feldafing. The urban development concept envisages three individual houses to scale, a three-storey building on Johann-Biersack-Straße and two garden-side buildings in two-storey construction.

Coarse quantities for earthworks and shoring work :

- Bored pile wall: approx. 120 lfm dissolved bored pile wall with shotcrete infill and plug-in beams (or 465 stgm single piles, shotcrete infill approx. 350 m²)

- Earthworks: Work plan for shoring + BE approx. 750 m²

- Excavation: approx. 8,000 m³

- Disposal: approx. 4,500 t (drilling material, contaminated soil material, expansion of work plan)

- Water retention: approx. 250 lfm excavation pit drainage
