The client, BäderBetriebe Frankfurt GmbH, operates 13 swimming pools in the city of Frankfurt am Main, including the Rebstockbad in question. The former Rebstockbad was the largest water park in Frankfurt am Main and was visited by about 600,000 guests annually.
Due to the age of the building and the structural condition, there was a need for action for the former Rebstockbad. On the basis of the investigation of various development possibilities for the site, the demolition and construction of a new replacement building, comparable in size to the existing building, was decided.
The subject of this tender are those construction works that are necessary for the construction of the new Rebstockbad, in this case electrical engineering, and are described in more detail in the planning documents and the bill of quantities.
These include: lightning protection systems, MV systems, NEA, emergency lighting, NSHV system, lighting and control, fire protection measures, data network, video surveillance systems, public address systems, EMA, BMA, video systems, BOS system, media control.
