All the services covered by the service are described in Art. 1 of the Performance Specifications
the basic tender amount of € 171,749.96 excluding tax, social security and social security charges, was calculated by applying the Parameters Decree approved by the Ministry of Justice on 17.06.2016 concerning "The tables of fees commensurate with the quality level of design services" adopted pursuant to Article 41, paragraph 15, of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Code), As specified in art. 4 of the Specifications on the basis of the estimated amount of the works at € 17,400,000.00 excluding VAT.
For the purposes of determining the fee, the following table is to be considered: qualification and amount of the works:

Subcontracting: Pursuant to Article 12 of the Specifications, it is permitted pursuant to Art. 119 of Legislative Decree 36/2023. However, the sole responsibility of the contractor remains. The tenderer shall indicate at the time of the tender the parts of the service which he intends to subcontract. In accordance with the provisions of art. 119 of the Code, in the absence of such indications, subcontracting is prohibited. Payments will be made directly to the subcontractor in the cases referred to in paragraph 11 of the same Article 119. Deposits and guarantees required: The successful bidder must provide the final guarantee as per art. 117 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, as well as those provided for in art. 19 of the Specifications.
Legal form to be taken by the Temporary Grouping of Competitors: The participation of economic operators in individual or associated form is allowed, according to the provisions of art. 68 of the Code, provided that they meet the requirements set out in this notice and in the tender regulations. Method of determining the fee: as per art. 4 of the Performance Regulations. In relation to the institution of reliance, reference should be made to the provisions of art. 104 of the Code.
