Comprehensive supply of electricity including its sale and distribution to the facilities of the Municipality of Świnoujście, its organizational units, Self-Public Health Care Plant, Cultural Institutions and municipal legal entities in the period from 01.01.2022r. to 31.12.2023r.

The object of the order is “Comprehensive supply of electricity including its sale and distribution to the facilities of the Municipality of Świnoujście, its organizational units, Self-Public Health Care Plant, Cultural Institutions and Municipal legal entities in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023'. The Contracting Authority shall act on its own behalf and on the basis of the authorisation granted on behalf of the entities above. Whenever the contents of the SWZ are referred to buildings or objects of the contracting entity, it also applies to the co-contracting facilities covered by this proceeding and set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall conduct the tender procedure in question in accordance with Article 38 (1) of the Act.
