Description:

The Institute for Transuranium Elements (ITU) intends to construct a separate laboratory and warehouse building on its site as a nuclear installation for handling radioactive substances, authorised in accordance with paragraph 9 of the Atomic Energy Act (Atomgesetz) in conjunction with paragraph 7 of the Radiation Protection Regulation (Strahlenschutzverordnung).

A suitable general contractor is sought for the carcassing work and related finishing work.



The building's gross surface area will be approximately 8 500 m2.

Estimated value excluding VAT:

range: 20 000 000 EUR–24 000 000 EUR.
