1. The subject of the contract is the supply of cleaning products listed in Annex 2

Annex 2 to the SWZ is also a price form that must be completed and attached
to the offer. When submitting an offer, the price for each assortment item should be provided.
2. In the product items listed in Annex 2, in the description of which the Ordering Party indicated trade names, it is allowed to submit equivalent offers, provided that the substitutes offered must have at least the same parameters as indicated by the Ordering Party. Proving equivalence lies with the Contractor.
3. The products offered must come from current production – the date of production cannot be older than 12 months from the date of delivery.
4. The Contractor shall provide at least 12 months warranty (use-by date) from the date of delivery for the offered products.
5. The place of delivery is the warehouse of the Ordering Party located in Krakow at 109 Mogilska Street.

6. The conclusion of a framework agreement shall not deprive the Contracting Authority of the right to order the supplies in question by way of separate public procurement procedures if the Contracting Authority finds that the Contractors covered by the framework agreement are not interested in submitting Contractors or in other justified cases.
7. The framework agreement shall be valid for 12 months from the date of its conclusion, but not longer than until the quantity of the range specified therein is exhausted.
8. Deadlines for partial orders: up to 10 calendar days from the date of submission of the statement referred to in § 4 section 5 of the model contract.
