provision of services for the exploitation of drinking water in the southern sector

the purpose of the contract is to entrust the operation and supervision of drinking water production, treatment, storage and distribution services in the southern sector of the Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées Agglomeration Community. This service includes the establishment of an on-call service that can be contacted in the event of an emergency 24 hours a day, as well as a permanent duty to alert and advise the CATLP. The contract includes a part in a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum of 980,000 euro(s) (excl. tax) for the duration of the contract
