Support work for the Emergency Service and extraordinary maintenance of SII - Gas networks and plants within the territory managed by Marche Multiservizi SpA. The contract concerns services in emergency activities during weekdays (including Saturdays), weekdays and holidays, holiday daytime hours, as well as the tailor-made construction of scheduled works and maintenance, extensions of networks, connections and accessories of the gas, water, sewerage and telecommunications sectors, to be performed in the territory managed by Marche Multiservizi S.p.A. for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of stipulation, with the option of renewal at the same economic-contractual conditions, as the customer's faculty, from year to year, for a further 2 (two) annual periods.

The presumed total amount of the contract, calculated as the maximum estimated amount on the basis of the tender for the contractual period of the first 2 (two) years, is set at Euro 5,000,000.00 (five million/00) of which Euro 240,000.00 (two hundred and forty thousand/00) for security charges not subject to reduction, excluding VAT.

Amount net of security charges: Euro 4,760,000.00 (four million, seven hundred and sixty thousand/00).

The works are classified as follows, pursuant to Presidential Decree 207/2010: Main category: OG 6 - Euro 5,000,000 - classification V - up to Euro 5,165,000, subcontractable within the limits of the law;
