The FFT has made the choice, for the realization of this project, to use a design-realization contract with selection of the holder through a competitive dialogue procedure.

The technical assistant to project management will ensure the conduct of the operation and will be the guarantor of the interests of the owner, the proper execution of design studies and works, and compliance with the Olympic requirements and requirements resulting from agreements concluded with the Solideo and / or the Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games, to define the program of the operation and the content of the design-build contract, to designate the operators in charge and to monitor its proper execution in accordance with the schedule and budget of the operation.
