The subject of the order is the delivery of 54 000 DO-380B cast iron brake blocks with expansion joints for electric multiple units.
1. The Awarding Entity requires that:
1) the subject of the contract was in accordance with the ZN-07 / PKP CARGO 8 standard,
2) brake inserts were made of high phosphorus cast iron resistant to abrasion in P10 grade according to the ZN-07 / PKP CARGO 4 standard or UIC 832 card,
3) for the subject of the contract, the Contractor had a Certificate of release to service for a typical rail vehicle element issued by the Railway Transport Office (formerly the Chief Railway Inspector).
2. The detailed manner of performing the order has been set out in the Relevant provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.

In all the provisions of the ToR and its annexes, in which the Employer refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with art. 30 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer allows the use of equivalent solutions. In the case of using equivalent solutions, the Contractor is required to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the technical parameters offered in relation to the subject of the contract.
