For the renovation of the building "Malvine-Weiss-Haus" in 3 construction phases, work on site equipment, earthworks and concrete work are to be carried out. It is a clinic building for psychiatry and forensics.

The work essentially includes the following services:

Shell construction work/concrete work Conversions in existing buildings,

Making breakthroughs for technical systems,

3 Construction phases / conversion takes place partly during operation.

The gross floor area is approx. 5,380m².

The start of the execution is scheduled for 03.04.2023.
