The Authorized Agency Bavaria (AS BY) forms the operational-tactical competence center for the digital radio BOS of all authorities and organizations with security tasks in Bavaria. The existing connection of the AS BY to the digital radio BOS network via the air interface is to be supplemented by a wired, IP-capable interface. In addition, a voice communication system is to be set up and integrated for the AS BY control centre and connected to the BOS digital radio network via this interface.

The connection via the existing air interface will be used as a fallback level after migration to the wired connection.

The aim of this project is to connect the various departments of AS BY to the BOS digital radio network by means of an IP-capable wire connection, hereinafter referred to as a "system". Two physically separate networks (corresponding to Lot 1 and Lot 2) with individual security ratings must be connected to the BOS digital radio network.

Lot 1 includes the connection and operation of the LS1 via a corresponding converter to the IP transport network of the Authorized Body Bavaria (AS BY) as well as the provision of the voice communication system technology at location A, from the network connection in the telecommunications rooms to the intercom station in the control center and in the test room of the user management.

Two physically separate networks with individual security ratings must be connected to the BOS digital radio network. These two networks are subsequently referred to as the "Los1 network" and "Los2 network" respectively. Both networks require the wire connection, but are not coupled to each other. Thus, there is a need for separate connection of both networks.

In the Lot1 network, the full connection ("Lot1" of this tender) of the interfaces (LS1, voice and LS2, data) is required.

In the Lot2 network, only the LS2 data interface is required ("Lot2" of this tender).

In addition to the core components in both networks, the Los1 network also requires peripherals (software and/or hardware) to ensure radio communication in the control center area and in the test area of user management. In addition, an interface for the connection of the ALUS system must be provided in the Los2 network.
