This framework agreement without minimum or maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code.

This consultation is divided into two lots:

— Lot 1: Security Coordination (SPS);

— Lot 2: Technical inspection (CT).

Each lot will be awarded to a minimum of three economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The re-competition of the licensees of the framework agreement for the award of subsequent contracts will occur when the need arises. Each batch will be assigned separately. The specific locations of performance will be indicated at each recompetition of the holders of the two batches corresponding to the subsequent subject matter of the contract whenever a requirement is expressed by MMH.
