completion of the VRD and Building works relating to the construction of 39 lls/Llts " Bois Joly" - 8 and 10 rue Baptiste Not - blocks C11 and C12 eco-district G. Othily located in REMIRE-MONTJOLY. The works will be the subject of a single phase of realization and are divided into TWELVE (12) lots which will be treated by separate contracts. Devolution into separate works contracts for each of the lots. Candidates are offered the opportunity to tender for one or more of the lots for which they have the necessary technical qualifications and for which they are insured in ten-year insurance and professional civil liability. Estimated duration of the TCE works: 22 months of preparation period, except for lot 1 - earthworks / Roads whose preparation period will be 1 month (see the provisional schedule of the works attached to the Dce).
