The Joh.-Gigas School in Lügde will be completely renovated by the end of 2021. The implementation of the construction measure takes place in 5 construction phases while the school is running.

Part of the invitation to tender are the cast stone work required for the renovation, with the items being broken down into lots according to the respective funding providers or urban share. The lot-wise structure in the course text is used exclusively for cost center accounting. The contract is awarded as a whole. Total cast stone area: New: cast stone area 550 m 2 , Angled steps approx. 82 m Existing: Concrete stone surface approx. 500 m 2 (partly take up for reuse), work on small areas, thoroughly clean and impregnate.
