The tender is a municipal joint tender conducted by Egedal Municipality, on behalf of a total of 11 municipalities in North Zealand and Copenhagen environs. The tendered task is divided into 4 sub-contracts. The municipalities are divided according to a consideration that the individual sub-agreement achieves an appropriate volume, as well as a consideration of geographical location. Tenders may be submitted for 1 or more lots.

Cleaning and emptying of ACO drains, septic tanks, oil separators and the like are not a permanent part of this task.

The tender includes a fixed and mandatory annual emptying of downspouts as well as wells and gratings along roads, parking lots and paths in their own trace. The wells are primarily of the types 30x30 cm, 30x45 cm and round PVC wells ø 31 cm. However, there are also wells that deviate from this and that can trigger an addition in connection with emptying

The task includes commissioned work, such as flushing water traps and, for example, calling in addition to the regular annual emptying.

The start of the contract is early 2023 and includes emptying in 2023 - 2026.

This sub-agreement covers Gentofte and Herlev Municipality with a total estimated volume of 25,700 wells to be emptied. This sub-agreement covers the municipalities of Gladsaxe, Lyngby-Taarbæk and Furesø. The sub-agreement has a total estimated volume of 24,700 wells to be emptied. This sub-agreement covers Egedal, Hørsholm and Rudersdal Municipalities with a total estimated volume of 23,706 wells to be emptied. This sub-agreement covers Hillerød, Halsnæs and Gribskov Municipalities with a total estimated volume of 22,064 wells to be emptied.
