The participating authorities need a solution that allows documents to be anonymised effectively, smoothly and at acceptable costs. There must be a SAAS solution: an automated solution in which the documents to be anonymised are sent to the supplier's digital environment, anonymised in that environment and then sent back to the digital environment of the participating authorities. The participating authorities want to answer applications from citizens and companies in the context of the WOO in a timely and correct manner. Information which may not be shared with the applicant must be irreversibly marked in the documents to be provided. The handling of anonymisation must not be an obstacle to timely delivery. In addition, anonymization should not place a high demand on the capacity of the governments. Finally, anonymisation should not impose a heavy burden on the budget of the participating authorities.

The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 2 years and a maximum of 5 years. The effective date of the agreement is in the period Q1 2024.
