The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 1,894,008.00 to finance the planned deficit of the county budget.

Long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 1,894,008.00 (one million eight hundred ninety-four thousand eight zlotys) in a domestic bank, intended to finance the planned deficit of the county budget. Interest rate based on WIBOR rate for one-month PLN interbank deposits from the last business day of the month preceding the interest period, increased by the bank's margin. The loan will not be charged with fees other than those listed in the SWZ, the only cost of the loan is its interest rate on the amount actually used. Throughout the loan period, the Lender's margin remains unchanged.

Long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 1,894,008.00 (one million eight hundred ninety-four thousand eight zlotys) in a domestic bank, intended for financing the planned deficit of the county budget. Interest rate based on WIBOR rate for one-month PLN interbank deposits from the last business day of the month preceding the interest period, increased by the bank's margin. Throughout the loan period, the Lender's margin remains unchanged. The borrower will have the right to:

• failure to use the full amount of the loan,

• early repayment of the loan at no additional cost,

• extend the loan repayment date at no additional cost during the duration of the contract.

Form of loan security- promissory note “in blanco” signed by the representation of the Board of Łukowski County together with the countersign of the Treasurer of the County.

3. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.
