The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of property residing in the Liw Municipality.
The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the receipt and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Liw Municipality, in a manner ensuring that adequate levels of recycling and preparation for reuse and recovery are achieved by others by methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.
1. Type of waste constituting the subject of the order:
1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
2) paper and cardboard,
3) metals,
4) plastics,
5) glass,
6) multi-material packaging waste,
7) biowaste,
8) ash,
9) hygienic waste,
10) hazardous waste,
11) expired drugs and chemicals
12) waste ineligible for medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,
13) used batteries and rechargeable batteries,
14) used electrical and electronic equipment,
15) furniture and other large waste,
16) worn tires,
17) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste from repair and construction works not requiring permits and submissions to the construction and architectural administration,
2. The Contractor is obliged to provide a service for the collection and management of municipal waste:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste,
(b) segregated municipal waste.
During the period of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to collect and manage the following waste:
1. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
2. segregated waste (paper, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, metals),
3. biowaste,
4. ash,
5. hygienic waste,
6. hazardous waste,
7. expired drugs and chemicals
8. Waste ineligible for medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,
9. Worn batteries and rechargeable batteries,
10. consumed electrical and electronic equipment,
11. Furniture and other large-sized waste,
12. worn tires,
13. construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste from repair and construction works not requiring permits and submissions to the construction and architectural administration,
