The purpose of this consultation is to deploy a framework agreement on renovation works on primary and secondary heating networks

The framework agreement covered by this consultation concerns the renovation of primary and secondary heating networks on behalf of CEA Le Ripault.

The different types of services are identified into three categories:

1/ Repair work on the superheated water network,

2/ Repair work on the secondary heating network,

3/ Repair work on the insulation.

Each category of work is considered as a global turnkey service including all the suggestions necessary for its realization; for example: surveys, drawing up plans, lifting slabs, cleaning gutters, resuming civil engineering, pipe replacement, valve chambers, etc.

The framework agreement includes a firm period of 24 months and two optional periods of 12 months each. In the event of the strengthening of the optional periods, the framework agreement therefore has a maximum duration of 48 months.

The number of projects to be carried out over the maximum duration of the framework agreement (48 months) is estimated at 40, their sizing being heterogeneous. Several construction sites, up to 16 in number, may take place simultaneously.

The ceiling amount of the framework agreement is €4.5 million excluding VAT.
