With this tender, the municipality of Texel aims to contract a supplier for the supply, implementation and management of a financial system according to the SaaS principle with associated service provision. This means that the application does not run locally on the systems of the municipality but externally on the servers at the supplier to be contracted.

The application must allow a minimum of one hundred (100) concurrent users without loss of the performance required in the Tender Documents.
