The project provides for the construction of a school complex on two levels, a shared refectory for the two schools and two staff housing. This operation is the subject of an environmental approach with the aim of obtaining the Bdm Gold level. Companies will have to implement all means to achieve this objective. The amount of the estimated budget for the works for this operation is estimated at €10,183,818 excluding VAT (value as of 01/09/2023)Given the constrained provisional schedule of this operation, an initial consultation, concerning lots 1, 2, 18 and 19 is underway in order to allow, in particular, the start of the VRD and Structural works as soon as possible. This second consultation relating to lots 3 to 17 completes it
