Provision of collection and delivery of packets of ballot papers to the municipalities of each department of the Ile-de-France except Paris on the occasion of any general election, by-election, national referendum or local consultation taking place during its execution period

This framework agreement has been signed by the Ministry of the Interior and Overseas Territories for the Directorate of Management of Territorial Administration and Senior Management (Dmates) - Political Elections Bureau (BEP) in place of Lot 1 of the framework agreement notified on 25 November 2020 relating to the same benefits, terminated following the judicial liquidation of its holder. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to collect and deliver packets of ballot papers to the municipalities of each department of the Île-de-France except Paris (Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines, Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-De-Marne and Val-D'Oise) on the occasion of any general election, by-election, national referendum or local consultation taking place during its period of execution
