Sovereign Housing Association requires a single, high availability, easy to maintain and effective telephone system that supports both traditional voice communications across the organisation and the technologies requried for enhanced communications as well as future integration (direct or through API's) into a new Contact Centre. The telephony solution should offer enterprise voice, instant messaging, presence, conferencing (audio / video / web) and collaboration facilities across all of Sovereign's sites whihc are located in Newbury, Bristol, Abingdon, Wantage, East Hanney, Exeter, Christchurch, Plymouth, Basingstoke, Swindon, Winchester and Ringwood.
