The purpose of the present tender is to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of four contractors.

1. One framework agreement with one contractor for the delivery and installation of the office furniture and student sets (lot 1) and;

2. Three framework agreements with up to three contractors for the provision and supply of the project furniture (lot 2).

Based on this information, the contracting authority expects to spend € 100,000 annually for lot 1. The agreement to be concluded must be qualified as a framework agreement within the meaning of the Procurement Act 2012. For this reason, it will be concluded at a maximum value of 200% of the amounts or numbers mentioned above, in order to avoid exceeding the estimated value before the duration of the framework agreement has expired.

Based on these data, the contracting authority expects € 115,000 per year for lot 2,-. The agreement to be concluded must be qualified as a framework agreement within the meaning of the Procurement Act 2012. For this reason, it will be concluded at a maximum value of 200% of the amounts or numbers mentioned above, in order to avoid exceeding the estimated value before the duration of the framework agreement has expired.
