1. The subject of the contract is construction work involving the management of rainwater from the parking lot of the Kalisz City Hall, Kościuszki Street, along with the loosening of impermeable surfaces, construction of a retention tank with an irrigation system, development of greenery, and installation of photovoltaic systems, based on the documents specified in point 4.5 of the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ").
2. The scope of work covered by this procedure includes construction work involving the management of rainwater from the parking lot at the Kalisz City Hall, Kościuszki Street, including the loosening of impermeable surfaces, construction of a retention tank with an irrigation system, development of greenery, and installation of photovoltaic systems, including but not limited to:
1) demolition of utility building no. “D” of the Kalisz City Hall,
2) reconstruction and modernization of the parking lot surface,
3) construction of a shelter with photovoltaic panels with two charging points for electric cars and a photovoltaic shelter with two charging points for bicycles,
4) creation of landscaped greenery and green walls along with the installation of an irrigation system,
5) parking lighting,
6) repair of the wall located near the parking lot,
7) construction of small architectural objects,
8) construction of an external stormwater sewage installation along with a retention and pre-treatment system,
9) reconstruction of sections of the external stormwater sewage installation and stormwater inlets,
10) construction of a greenery irrigation system,
11) construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the Municipal Police building,
12) construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the Kalisz City Hall archive building,
13) construction of well S1 located on Krótka Street along with a section of stormwater sewage between wells S1 and S2,
and accompanying works necessary for the proper execution of the contract.
3. The contractor shall commence the execution of the contract immediately upon signing the agreement with the contracting authority, and the completion of the construction work shall end within 13 months from the date of signing the agreement.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and other conditions of contract execution can be found in the Terms of Reference and its annexes.
5. The contracting authority foresees the possibility of granting contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Public Procurement Law with a value not exceeding PLN 200,000.00. These contracts may consist of repeating works included in the basic contract, particularly mentioned in point 4.2 SWZ and in the cost estimate submitted by the contractor before signing the agreement or in the investor's estimate. These contracts may be awarded if it is advantageous for the contracting authority or improves the safety or usability of the facility and after securing appropriate financial resources for financing the aforementioned contracts. Furthermore, these contracts will be awarded taking into account the conditions contained in the agreement for the basic contract, based on the prices contained in the cost estimate submitted by the contractor before signing the agreement, and if this is not possible, under the conditions negotiated by the contracting authority and the contractor.
