The purpose of this contract is to establish a platform for WAN network infrastructure and security, Internet access, and the associated technologies, services, and expertise.

The services to be performed must cover, in particular:

• The design and migration plan of the network architecture to replace the current MPLS and firewalls with a more modern, secure, resilient, and efficient architecture;
• The deployment and provision of the interconnection infrastructure of networks and Internet access;
• The deployment and provision of security solutions to protect access to our networks and to manage network flows (type Firewall, Sase platform, ...);
• The transfer and provision of cabinets reserved for CSTB in a specialized hosting datacenter to house our servers, active equipment, and security (currently hosted by Interxion);
• The licenses and usage rights for the proposed technological solutions;
• Support, maintenance, and manufacturer/publisher expertise services on the proposed technological solutions;
• Configuration, optimization, and operation services for the network infrastructure platform, underlying services, and security;
• Expertise services on WAN network technologies and associated security.
