1) The subject of the contract is the modernization of power supply systems for telecommunications and IT devices.
2) A detailed specification of the subject of the contract is included in Part II of the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract and Part IV of the SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Contract.
3) The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 parts referred to as Packages. Details regarding the Packages can be found in Part II of the SWZ.
4) In accordance with Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority permits equivalent solutions described in the SWZ via standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and reference technical systems mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, provided they achieve characteristics or parameters no worse than those cited. According to Article 101(5) of the Act, a Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to prove in their offer that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in their offer the parts of the contract that they intend to entrust to Subcontractors and to provide the names of the Subcontractors, if they are already known.

7) The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of evidence with the offer.
8) NOTE: A Contractor who wants to receive a password to decrypt Part II of the SWZ - OPZ and Part IV of the SWZ must submit a declaration, as indicated in templates no. 12.1 and 12.2 of Part III of the SWZ. A declaration must be submitted by persons authorized to represent the Contractor (this authorization must arise from the registration documents or the power of attorney held by the Contracting Authority in this proceeding) and by persons who will participate in the proceedings (including the site inspection). The Contracting Authority allows that if the persons submitting these declarations do not hold qualified electronic signatures, these declarations may be manually signed by the persons submitting the declarations, scanned, confirmed as true copies by the persons authorized to make declarations of will and knowledge on behalf of the Contractor, and sent to the Contracting Authority in this form via the purchasing platform. The Contracting Authority informs that letters responding to questions (if any are submitted during the proceedings) will also be published in encrypted form - to decrypt, the above-mentioned password will need to be used (this password will be used throughout the entire proceeding). The declaration must be submitted via the purchasing platform in the "Questions/information" tab. After they are received and verified, the password to decrypt the documents will be sent to the email address indicated in the information about sending the password to decrypt the documents.
9) Site visit - The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to conduct a site visit (inspection) of the location where the work forming the subject of the contract will be carried out before submitting the offer, to become acquainted with the place of execution, as well as any restrictions and difficulties associated with the execution of the work. (The visit is not mandatory).
