The subject of the contract is: in part I of the contract - delivery of server, computer, and network equipment, granting licenses for software, as well as implementation, understood as installation and configuration, testing, conducting training for administrators as part of the project implementation; in part II of the contract: delivery, configuration, integration, implementation, and commissioning of the expansion of the Ordering Party's hospital information system along with Electronic Medical Documentation modules, additional modules, functionalities for digitizing medical documentation, imaging diagnostics solutions of the PACS/VNA class, and necessary integrations with external systems, particularly with national systems, as well as ensuring the required systemic and module functionalities, adapting the system to applicable and planned legal regulations, configuration, testing, data migration (if applicable), training for users and administrators, post-implementation support, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: OPZ) which is an annex no. 2 (1.1 – 1.19) to the SWZ (part I) and annex no. 3 (1.1 – 1.18) to the SWZ (part II) for Pabianickie Centrum Medyczne Sp. z o.o.
