The subject of the public procurement contract is the acquisition of design services, technical assistance from the designer, and execution works related to the investment objective "Widening Dimitrie Pompeiu Blvd. with extension of tram infrastructure and breakthrough of Barbu Văcărescu Blvd., construction of a connecting road between Pipera Road, Dimitrie Pompeiu Blvd., and Glucoza Factory Street, and construction of a Park & Ride type parking lot", according to the requirements in the tender documentation.
The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation is at most 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority mentions that it will respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators up to the deadline established in the Participation Announcement. The subject of the contract resulting from this procedure is the acquisition of execution works including the design service DTAD, DTAC, PTE (Technical documentation for authorization of execution of construction works, Execution Technical Project), project verification, and technical assistance during execution for the investment objective “WIDENING DIMITRIE POMPEIU BLVD WITH EXTENSION OF TRAM INFRASTRUCTURE AND BREAKTHROUGH OF BARBU VĂCĂRESCU BLVD, CONSTRUCTION OF CONNECTION ROAD BETWEEN PIPERA ROAD, DIMITRIE POMPEIU BLVD AND GLUCOZA FACTORY STREET AND CONSTRUCTION OF PARK & RIDE TYPE PARKING LOT” as follows:
Phase I - Design
a) Documentation for obtaining permits necessary to obtain the Construction/Demolition Authorization (AC), as well as any documentation necessary for obtaining the permits/agreements required by law;
b) Technical documentation for authorization of construction/demolition works execution (DTAC/DTAD), including technical documentation for authorization of work organization (DTOE) for the entire work;
c) Execution Technical Project;
d) Verification of the documentation prepared by verifiers certified by MLPAT, by specialties.
Phase II – Execution of works
a) Execution of works;
b) Technical assistance from the Designer throughout the duration of the works execution, including the Designer's participation in the phases included in the execution works control program, as well as whenever required.
Contract duration: The maximum period for design services, technical assistance from the designer, and execution of the works is 26 months, of which:
- the period for providing design services, obtaining all permits and agreements, and approval of the project: maximum 2 months from the Start Date of services specified in the Administrative Order for service commencement;
- the execution period of the works and technical assistance from the designer: maximum 24 months from the Start Date of works specified in the Administrative Order for commencement of execution works.
