The Contracting Authority seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver a programme of works to its properties. Thames Valley Charitable Housing Association and Thames Valley Housing Association (TVH) owns and manages approximately 15 939 properties within Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire and Sussex. The works will include the delivery of Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements to approximately 15 939 properties and will include general needs properties, Key Worker accommodation and University Asset student accommodation.

The works will include the replacement, including design, measuring, supply and installation, of Kitchens, Bathrooms and additional WC's, where applicable. Also included will be bathroom shower pod replacements to Key Worker and University Asset stock as required. The works will include electrical re-wires to Kitchens and Bathrooms, where required and include all fixtures, fittings to complete all installations. The proposed Form of Contract is an amended TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract and the successful service provider will be required to achieve the social and environmental objectives of TVH.
