The works and activities included in the benefit consist of the following:

• The development, training, implementation and adaptation of the new application of the Water Registry in the field of the hydrographic demarcation of Galicia costa.

• The review of the files and regularization of the current Registry Book in the territorial scope of the hydrographic demarcation of Galicia costa.

• Assistance, support and collaboration in the management of procedures arising during the review process.

- The development, training, implementation and adaptation of the new application of the Water Registry in the field of the hydrographic demarcation of Galicia coast includes, in general terms, the following:

• The development of an information system (SI) that complies with RD 670/2013, of September 6, which modifies the Regulation of the Public Hydraulic Domain approved by Royal Decree 849/1986, of April 11, regarding water registration and criteria for assessing damage to the public hydraulic domain.

• The interoperability of the IS with the Central Water Base (BCA) of the State as described in Order AAA/1760/2016, of October 28, which regulates the computer structure of the Water Registry and the Central Water Base.

• The possibility of uploading registrations/seats in the SI with the same format described in Order AAA/1760/2016.

• The development of a management functionality for the review of files and registrations.

• The loading in the SI of all existing registrations in Augas de Galicia in accordance with the requirements of RD 670/2013.

• The possibility of issuing certifications on registrations. The procedure will have its form of the Electronic Office of the Xunta de Galicia and will contemplate the possibility of being able to charge fees for the issuance of the same.

• The Water Registry (RA) as a public registry will allow the telematic consultation of public data.

• The IS will comply with the regulations on information security and interoperability of application.

• The SI will comply with the corporate image and accessibility required by the Xunta de Galicia.

- The review of the files and regularization of the current Registry Book in the territorial scope of the hydrographic demarcation of Galicia coast includes, in general terms, the work of:

• Carry out the planning of the works indicating the specific tasks to be carried out.

• Obtain data related to the inscriptions based on the current Registry Book of the hydrographic demarcation of Galicia coast and the documentation included in the Official Archives of Augas de Galicia.

• Analyze the adequacy of the data based on the prescriptions of article 193 of the Regulation of Public Hydraulic Domain, approved by Royal Decree 849/1986, of April 11.

• Review the files in the cabinet and contrast or verify in the field, if necessary, the information obtained in the cabinet.

• Propose the appropriate processing after the review of the files.

- The assistance, support and collaboration in the management of the procedures that occurred during the review process includes, in general terms, the support work in the management of the files arising after the review process. These assistance works include:

• Support in the work for the elaboration of the agreement to initiate the corresponding procedure and its notification.

• Support in the processing: review and analysis of technical documentation, verification of the payment of fees, collaboration in the opening of public information and request for reports, collaboration in the transfer of reports and allegations to the petitioners.

• Support in verification visits.

• Support in the tasks of resolving files.

• Support in the processing of appeals.

• Support in the monitoring of current uses.
