Mission divided into 2 tranches:

- Firm Tranche: Complete Mission + O.P.C. + Synth + Comm + Resource Diagnosis on behalf of Office64 (15 housing units in social accession) - Estimated amount of work of 2,234,000.00 EUR HT / Floor area: approximately 968 m2

- Optional tranche: Partial mission (until the P.C. phase on behalf of a private developer (17 private housing units, 2 communal emergency housing, 1 Maison France Services, 2 associative premises - Estimated amount of work of 2,240,000.00 EUR HT / Floor area: approximately 1,348m2
