The city of Übach-Palenberg intends to award the sponsorship of OGS care services (partly including morning care and holiday care) to five primary schools on 01.08.2023.

In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, a brief information on the project, on the performance key points of the advertised service and the processing of the advertised service, is available via the allocation platform “Aachen Economic Region” used under the project access to this award procedure (see point I.3)) of the procurement process according to vGV for download. The short information also includes forms for the application for participation, which are mandatory for applicants to use in the context of the competition. Upon completion of the competition, a detailed task description will be provided to applicants selected in the competition.

The city of Übach-Palenberg intends to award the sponsorship of OGS care services on 01.08.2023 at the following locations:

- Palenberg primary school (currently 92 pupils, 12 of whom have SP needs);

- Grundschule Frelenberg (currently 63 pupils, 16 of whom have SP needs);

- Lindenschule primary school (currently 105 pupils, 52 of whom have SP needs);

- Grundschule Scherpenseel (currently 57 pupils, 9 of them with SP needs);

- Grundschule Übach (currently 87 pupils, 1 of them with SP needs).

The services of the OGS also include morning care and holiday care at individual locations.
